About Us
The directors of this company have been working in all areas of the travel industry for over 30 years, and have specialised in school travel for over 15 years. We have the experience, knowledge and expertise, to be able to produce flexible programmes to suit the needs of your group. Our aim is to simply offer the most efficient service and quality product that we can - no matter how large or small the group.
Our Service To You
We work very hard to provide a quality service and product for all our groups. This means paying particular attention to those smaller details that so often get overlooked. A lot of time and effort can be spent organising school trips, so let us do the work for you. We’ll arrange everything for your trip, leaving you to get on with organising your group.
Our Products
We make an enormous effort and take a great deal of care to include quality programmes and products in our brochure. We use a good selection of quality hand-picked hotels, gîtes, school hotels & youth centres, together with reputable coach companies who we can rely upon to provide an excellent service for our groups, thereby ensuring that your school trip with us is as successful as it should be.
Prices
The guideline price quoted for each tour gives you an indication of what the trip is likely to cost. The exact price will depend on your travel dates, group size, tour duration, choice of accommodation, and (applicable to flight programmes only) how early you book. However, we will always strive to offer all our groups a quality product at the best competitive prices.
Free Places
We offer a free place ratio of 1:8 on our coach programmes and 1:10 on our air programmes. Let us know if you would like to include an extra teacher in your group. Minimum Group Size Our coach programmes are based on a minimum of 35 paying children. Our air programmes on a minimum of 20 paying children. If you have a smaller group, call us to discuss the various possibilities available.
Itinerary
Once you have given us an outline of the type of programme you would like to have,we will then send you a provisional itinerary together with prices, based on your anticipated group size.
Tour Guides
Depending on the type of tour booked, we may include a tour escort to assist with your visits. Some specific visits may benefit from the knowledge of a specialist guide. We shall indicate this on the itinerary, should we feel this to be appropriate.
Your Tailor-Made Programme
All our programmes can be lengthened or shortened to suit your requirements. You can also select your own travel dates, how to travel, accommodation, meal arrangements and visits. This way, you only pay for what is actually included.
Meals
Choose the meal arrangement that best suits your group - from bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board (see page 4 for more details). If you are booking a visit to Disneyland® Paris, you can have dinner at the famous Planet Hollywood restaurant or at King Ludwig’s Castle in the Disney Village.

Each group member must have a valid passport or travel document for travel outside the UK (with at least 6 months validity). Please call us for current visa regulations for school groups, should any group member not be in possession of an EC passport. You can also apply for a collective group passport, which is ideal for groups travelling on a school trip. The application pack can be obtained from your local passport office. The process is simple and cost effective, under £45. Students must be under 18 years of age on the date of travel to be included.

The airlines we work with are governed by their own independent safety standards regulatory body, where strict controls are in place to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Accommodation
All hotels, gîtes, youth centres and school hotels used on our programmes have been inspected to ensure that all safety checks are in place. All units hold current fire & safety certificates and public liability insurance.
Emergency Contact
We provide group leaders with a 24-hour emergency contact number should you need to contact us whilst abroad.
European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
The EHIC has replaced the E111. All group members should carry an EHIC when travelling abroad to another EC Member State.
